 This website is intended to make you aware of the services provided by the practice so that you may use them to your best advantage.
If you need additional information our receptionists will be only too happy to help you. Our aim is to provide a high standard of care in a friendly and efficient manner. We hope to achieve this by working together as a team of health care professionals.
The partners operate as a non-limited partnership.
Practice Profile
The Woodgate Valley Health Centre has its origins in a modest health centre which was opened in 1972. This stood where our current car park is, and was demolished to make way for our new practice building. The present building was opened on 15th June 2005. It offers us more consulting rooms, more clinical areas, better accommodation for our health visitors and midwives, more administration space and enhanced facilities for teaching. Since the introduction of the new General Medical Services contract for practices, the practice provides core services as well as a range of direct and national enhanced services for patients.

Consultation Times
The doctors and nurses are available for consultation between 8.30am -
1.00pm (Monday to Friday) & 2.00pm
- 6.30pm (excluding Wednesdays). If you are unable to get an appointment, you
will be offered a telephone consultation with the doctor.

The partnership consists of Doctors Ward, Blaney and Sundar.
NOTICE
Woodgate Valley Practice have an established patient group that is open to new members.

Disabled Access
The building is accessible for wheelchair-bound patients. There are specified car bays in the car park.
