How Do I.... Register With The Practice?

New arrivals in our practice area are welcome to register with us. Although you will be registered with a specific doctor, you are free to consult any of the doctors or nurses.

You and other family members will be asked to fill in a questionnaire, provide proof of address, and will then be invited to see a nurse for a new patient health check within one month of registering. We strongly advise you to take advantage of this opportunity as it helps us to treat you before your medical records arrive from your previous doctor.

Temporary Patients

You are entitled to see a doctor anywhere in the UK if you are away from home. To be seen as a temporary patient, simply ask the nearest doctor to see you. By the same token, if you have friends or relatives staying with you and they are in need of medical attention, we will provide them with the necessary treatment.
