Surgery Times

The practice is open Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6.30pm but closes early on Wednesday afternoons at 1.00pm. Please also note that, on occasion, we will close at lunchtimes for staff training and practice meetings. There are no surgeries held on Saturdays. We are open every Monday evening until 19.45pm and appointments are available to see GPs and Nurses.

If you are unable to get an appointment, you will be offered a telephone consultation with the doctor.

Emergencies/Out-of-Hours Service

In the event of an emergency arising out of hours, please ring 0121 426 0088. Please have a pen and paper as you will be given the details of our "on-call" out-of-hours contact details.

Casualties

Casualties should attend the nearest A & E Department, which is at Selly Oak Hospital. Children should be taken to the A & E Department at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, Steelhouse Lane. We do not have facilities here at the health centre to deal with casualty cases.

NHS Walk-in Centre

The nearest NHS Walk-in Centre to the surgery is located at Selly Oak Health Centre, Katie Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham, B29 6JG. The centre is open seven days a week and is a gp-led service.
