We recognise that everyone makes mistakes, including us. We try to provide the best service to our patients, however we realise this is not always possible.
We actively encourage our patients to tell us when things go wrong (and would hope that you tell us when we get it right).
If you are unhappy about anything here at the surgery please tell us. If you wish to make a complaint please ask at reception for a complaints pack.
